Damages & Handcrafted Nature

  • Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • To claim damages, a video recording of unboxing is mandatory.

  • By purchasing these hand-crafted pieces, you acknowledge and accept that there may be flaws. Just like each one of us, no candle is alike or perfect — this is what makes them magical.

  • Each candle is individually poured by hand using raw materials such as soy and concrete. Variations from product images are normal and expected.

  • Flaws such as cracking in concrete, cracking in wax, or fading do not affect burning and are true indicators of a handmade product.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. Customers must be aware that these are handcrafted items and will not be “perfect.”

  • Please ensure you and your staff/customers read the candle care instructions provided on our website.

Pricing, Delivery & Processing

  • CANDLEZ designs are made by hand. Delivery times may vary.

  • Orders are dispatched via courier or local delivery partners. You will be notified when your order ships and provided with a tracking number.

  • Postage/courier times are indicative only and may vary due to postal service, holidays, or peak seasons. Viktamna is not responsible for postal/delivery delays.

  • Remote locations may incur an extra shipping surcharge.

  •  CANDLEZ reserves the right to alter pricing at any time. Price listed is based on the product photographed.
