We respect your privacy and the importance of the information you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you access our website, mobile/online services, or place an order (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here. Terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.

This Policy does not apply to third-party sites, services, or applications you access via the Services. Please review those providers’ privacy policies.

1) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

We collect the information you submit when you:

  • create an account, complete forms, or place an order

  • participate in interactive features

  • request support or communicate with us (email, phone, WhatsApp, social media)

Examples: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, login credentials, payment details (processed via our payment partners), and your communications with us. This may include “Personal Information.”

We use Personal Information only to operate the Services and fulfill your orders—we do not sell, rent, or trade it. If you choose not to provide required data, parts of the Services may be unavailable.

Promotional communications: You can opt out via the message instructions or by emailing info@viktamna.com We may still send non-marketing (transactional/administrative) messages.

SMS consent (if enabled): By providing your phone number at checkout/subscribe, you agree to receive order notifications (incl. abandoned cart) and occasional promotions (max ~30/month). Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out. Processing time may cause brief delays before opt-out takes effect.

10) Your Information Requests

Contact info@viktamna.com to access/update your information or raise concerns. Provide sufficient detail so we can verify identity and locate the data. We generally respond within 30 days (or as permitted by law). We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
