· We currently offer free shipping within India.

· We offer International Shipping on orders. We request you to check the shipping cost at the time of checkout.

· For international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Viktamna is not liable for these charges.

· Free Domestic Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

· International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on your location and order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

· Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 7 business days for delivery after your order is dispatched. Final delivery times depend on your location and our logistics partners.

4. Packaging

We take great care in packaging. Every candle is securely nestled in our high-quality, signature packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

5. Important Scenarios & Liabilities

· Courier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, weather, or customs. However, we will actively assist you in tracking your package.

· Failed Delivery Attempts: We are not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect/insufficient address, an unreachable contact number, or the recipient's unavailability. In these cases, a refund or free replacement is not provided. You may opt for re-shipping by paying the applicable shipping fee.

· "Delivered" Status: A package marked as "delivered" by the courier's tracking system is considered delivered. Viktamna is not responsible for packages stolen from a porch or mailbox after delivery.

· Force Majeure: Viktamna is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or strikes.
