Viktamna — Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Viktamna.
Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following terms apply.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

All Viktamna candles are individually hand-poured and crafted.
We request that you review your cart thoroughly before completing payment.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • For custom orders, please finalize all specifications before confirming your purchase, as no changes can be made afterward.

2. Returns & Refunds (Handcrafted Nature of Products)

Each Viktamna candle is one-of-a-kind, with slight variations that reflect authentic craftsmanship.
These natural differences in texture, tone, or finish are not defects but signs of handmade quality.

Because of this, Viktamna does not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for minor imperfections inherent in handcrafted products.

3. Damaged Products

Your satisfaction is important to us.
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, we will assist under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Required Evidence: Submit a single, unedited video showing the complete unboxing—from the sealed package to the revealed damaged item.

  • Contact: Send the video and order details to info@viktamna.com.

Claims made after 24 hours or supported only by photographs/partial videos will not be accepted.

4. Resolution for Damaged Products

Once the unboxing video is received and verified (within approximately 24 hours), and the claim is approved:

  • A store credit coupon equal to the product’s value will be issued.

  • The coupon will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.

  • The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.

5. Policy Updates

Viktamna reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
We encourage customers to review this policy periodically for any revisions.
