No. Every Viktamna candle is one-of-one.
When a piece is collected, it’s gone. No restocks, no replicas.
What materials do you use? Are they vegan and clean?
- We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefProprietary natural, biodegradable wax (no additives).
- Vegan, cruelty-free, kosher claims per our blend.
- Cotton/wood wicks chosen for a clean, even burn.
- Concrete and mineral textures are hand-finished; variations are intended.ully marked before purchase.
How long does shipping take?
- Typical transit after dispatch: India 2–5 business days; UAE 3–7; US/EU 5–10 (location & courier dependent).
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.
- Duties/taxes are shown at checkout where available; otherwise local charges may apply.
What’s your policy on returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
- All sales are final (one-of-one pieces).
- Cancellations: within 12 hours of order—email us fast.
- Damaged/defective on arrival: email within 24 hours with your order ID, unboxing video + photos.
We’ll evaluate and offer a replacement (if possible) or store credit.
How do I burn and care for my candle?
- First burn: 2–3 hours to set an even melt pool.
- Trim wick to ~5 mm before each light.
- Keep away from drafts; use a heat-safe surface.
- Do not burn more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop when 5–10 mm of wax remains. Never leave unattended.
Can I request a custom commission or add a gift note?
